Learn to FlyLearning to fly is one of life's most rewarding adventures. Whether you are considering learning to fly for recreation, or to pursue a career in aviation, you are about to embark on one of the most exciting and enjoyable experiences of your life, and one that is an investment that you can enjoy for years to come. If you'd like to experience the thrill of piloting an aircraft, we have an Introductory Flight for a special price. For $49.95, you can spend half an hour at the controls of one of our Cessna 152 aircraft, with one of our qualified flight instructors. There are several permits, licenses and ratings that you can earn: The Recreational Pilot Permit is the simplest and fastest way to start flying, although there are restrictions on where, when and what you can fly. The Private Pilot License gives you more flexibility and freedom to fly at different times and in different aircraft. Once you have your Private Licence, take your friends on a tour of the city. If you have a Private Pilot License, you can then add a Night Rating for flying after dark. Otherwise you will be restricted to flight during daylight hours only. The night rating adds flexibility and utility to the Private License. It cannot be applied to the Recreational Pilot Permit. The VFR-Over-the-Top Rating allows you to fly on top of cloud layers, in weather that is otherwise good. This allows you to reach some destinations that you otherwise wouldn't be able to get to. An Instrument Rating lets you fly when the weather is not suitable for VFR flight alone. You can fly through cloud or in restricted visibility. This rating gives you the most flexibility to fly when the weather is not bright and sunny.
