Screening Process and Selection of Applicants

Interview Questions

All applicants will complete an interview to assess their suitability for the Fast Track Commercial Pilot Program. Questions used for the interviews will assess the candidate’s problem solving skills, communication skills, English comprehension and goal orientation. As the program is challenging, a probe into the applicant’s educational history will be made.

At the interview, a school tour will be given, with an opportunity for the applicant to ask questions about the program. If an applicant lives outside the Southern Ontario region, a phone interview will be granted.

For students whose native tongue is not English, a TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language) exam will have to be completed. This exam must be proctored at an academic institution. The title and signature of the proctor must be included.

All applicants will be contacted by phone following their interview regarding program candidacy. If accepted, you will be required to submit the acceptance fee within 30 days or before program start if within 30 days.
