Program Costs
Presently program cost is approximately $47,000. This cost includes all training involving ground school, flight labs, flight training (including pre- and post-flight briefings) and school administrative fees. The cost of books, supplies, headset, medical and examination fees are not included in the program.
Costs involving cross-country flight destinations where an overnight stay becomes necessary due to planned or unplanned events are not included.
We strive to keep program pricing consistent with the advertised price. However, term pricing is subject to change based on aircraft insurance rates, fuel price increases or other aircraft fee changes.
Tuition is due before the start of each term, and a tuition statement will be issued prior to each term. We anticipate no additional aircraft costs to the student, provided that the student completes the training as prescribed in the training outline.

Notes
- All applicants must submit a non-refundable $100 registration fee with completed application package.
- Following acceptance, if students wish to withdrawal from the program 21 days or less before the start date, they will forfeit the registration fee and 10% of Term 1 cost.
- For students accepted less than 21 days before the program start who wish to withdrawal from the program before its start date will only forfeit the registration fee.
- After the start of the program, students wishing to withdrawal will forfeit their registration fee, any incurred instruction / flight fees and 10% of the difference used and not used for the total term cost. Any materials purchased for the program that are unopened or unused will be refunded.
- Students wishing to withdraw from the program after 2/3 of its completion or with no notification of termination will not receive any refunds from their term deposit(s).
- Students who have been asked to withdraw because of academic or other reasons will not be subject to penalty.
- Pricing is current as of January 15, 2007 and subject to change without notice.
- All cost examples can vary depending on student's performance, frequency of flights, and/or pricing changes.
- Credits may be available to applicants with previous foreign or military experience. Please speak with your instructor if you believe you may qualify.
